Consider using a custom branded sending domainMany of the basic email service provider insist on you using their sending domain. Using a custom branded sending domain dedicated to sending emails from your company is Best Practice. For example, having the email sending address firstname.lastname@example.org would not be reflected in your sending email address, but also in the trackable links that your recipients see. We recommend the use of a dedicated custom branded sending domain and we are happy to set this up for a nominal fee. There are many variables that affect deliverability, some which are controlled by the client, some managed by the system.
